Positive: Location was central to groceries, farmers markets in Waimea but very quiet. Convenient pool area across the street which we enjoyed regularly. The kitchen was well appointed with most of what one needs to make home cooked meals. Spices provided were very nice. When we asked for a coffee grinder, one was delivered the next day. We had an issue with the refrigerator and a repair person came the next day. So very responsive Host or Management Company. It is always nice to have a drying rack in Hawaii but we managed. The beach chairs and gear was very appreciated. The bed comfortable. Nice linens. Lovely sunset views. Lots of Nei Nei’s (Hawaiian Geese) about which we found entertaining. Washer was very loud so we washed during the day. Lovely place to stay. Mostly very clean. They provided enough supplies for dishwashing by hand and by dishwasher, TP & PT. Would highly recommend it. The price is on the high end but you get what you pay for and we were happy the accommodations. Off street parking a definite plus. The shower was very nice and always had hot water. These little pleasures matter.
Negative: Noisy washing machine. Sounds like a jet plane. Drying rack would be nice.
